Today I am going to share with you all, the importance of affirmations.

So without further due, let us begin!


= WHAT ARE AFFIRMATIONS? 

When I searched for the meaning of the word Affirmations, there were many answers among which, 2 of them caught my eye.

Affirmations are positive statements that can help you to challenge and overcome negative thoughts.

Affirmations are sentences aimed to affect the conscious and the subconscious mind so that in turn, they affect our behavior, thinking patterns, habits, and environment.

I'd say that Affirmations are statements that help us be positive, self-confident and avoid negativity [ It is just my way of putting it ]

= WHY ARE THEY SO IMPORTANT?

I would like to share with all of you guys, my experience.

 To be very honest, I am not a very responsible and very productive person. I am still working on that. In the process of trying to be more responsible and productive, something that I added to my daily routine is telling myself positive affirmations. I am very very happy to say that It has been wonderful doing it.

It helped me to be more responsible, productive, and organized. It helps me stay positive and happy throughout the day!

So I'd say that affirmations are really very important. It helps you focus on positives rather than negatives. It helps you be more productive than laze around. It helps you become self-confident and most importantly It helps you to love your amazing self!


= WHAT ARE SOME REALLY GOOD POSITIVE AFFIRMATIONS? 

  •  I can and I will
  •  I am healthy
  •  I am my own superhero  
  •  I am worthy
  •  I am enough
  •  I deserve the best and I accept the best now
  •  My presence is my power
  • Today is an amazing day
  •  I am the best
  • I am unstoppable

 = A SMALL ACTIVITY FOR ALL OF YOU

  This is a very small activity that you all can try doing. I promise that you will not regret this.
  
Standing in front of the mirror, repeat all the 10 affirmations given above. Repeat it to yourself loud and clear. Try doing this for at least one week and you will definitely feel the change.
