Life without masks and sanitizers !! * no serious talk ; p *

Welcome back to 15's Fantasy !! I am so grateful about the fact that you guys are here again!!
Thank you so much for coming back !! 

Today we are going to discuss about life before covid , where we had no masks and sanitizers.I am also going to share a few tips to stay happy and positive during this pandemic..So make sure that you read this till the end ๐Ÿ˜.

So last evening I was sitting in my garden and thinking about what content to post, that is when I noticed some people passing in front of my house, talking and laughing. All of them had colorful masks on their faces. Having a mask on the face is a very common and mandatory thing nowadays..but do you guys remember the time we got to see people smiling at us ? That was our life without masks and sanitizers. 

I am sure that all of us had online classes which is no way near to offline learning. It is all virtual which only requires an electronic device and an internet connection. We had to be indoors and we never got to see our friends and have fun together. Before this pandemic we used to have so much of fun with our friends at school !! We used to play together ,  talk during our lessons , share our food , play some fun pranks and what not !!!  

As I mentioned in the previous post we had to be in grade 10 for about 15 months due to covid. Grade 10 is one special year for everybody. Some of us switch between schools as we move on to our senior secondary education.  In our school we had a tour in grade 10 which we missed this year , we missed all the cultural events , we missed our lunch breaks , we missed our teachers , we missed our school ๐Ÿ˜ฉ Let us all hope that this pandemic ends soon and we get all those back. 

I also wanted to share with you all a question that I came across while browsing through Quora. The question was " How do I overcome depression ? " It is human to become depressed ,sad or anxious,especially during the pandemic. So here are a few tips which I believe will help you guys stay positive and happy !
  • As soon as you wake up write down 10 things that you are grateful for
  • Spend some time doing things that make you happy 
  • Share your feelings with your parents / friends
  • Facetime your friends and family
  • Spend some time with nature , engage yourself in outdoor activities like gardening.
  • Write a journal
  • Eat healthy and exercise regularly
